What Stands Between You and Being Happy

Many people are not happy in their lives.  Henry David Thoreau said, “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation.”  Why is this true?  It’s all in the mind, isn’t it?  With Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as a technology of the human mind-body-soul system, we now know why this is true.

It’s actually rather simple.  There’s me in the human body and there’s my soul.  Between the two is my mind.  The soul should flow through my mind in the present moment.  Human Being means:  Hu=light, Man=Mind, Being=now.  A human being is the light of the soul projected through mind in the present.  That is a human being.

When the spirit flows in the moment, we’re happy.  Between you and that soul is one thing: The Mind.  The subconscious mind is what it is, actually.  The sub-conscious is outside my conscious awareness.  When I can’t access my soul, which is a high frequency, I look outside to “get high” with something, anything.  With Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as a regular practice, I clear the subconscious thoughts that create my unhappy patterns.  I create new patterns of energy and go in a new direction.  Simultaneously I deactivate the thought patterns of the subconscious which block that flow of my happiness.  The result is more energy going toward your conscious awareness of your happiness and enjoyment.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is a fast acting technology of the mind body and soul.  It balances out and tunes up all the systems so that you perform at optimum operating speed.  The result is a flow of life and ultimately enjoyment and happiness.
