This is a great 3-minute meditation for eliminating anger, negativity and frustration from your mind body system. By calling up angry, negative memories while doing a heavy breath and moving the arms through the halo, we can de-magnetize the negative thoughts in the subconscious mind.

Often times these negative thoughts are like a rabid dog that’s attacked before you can consciously control what’s happening. This meditation will create a new pattern in your brain neurons, whereby you will have the awareness to not react and then choose a better relay of communication. Try it for 40 Days and write down what happens. You will be surprised.
