Meditation to Conquer Self Animosity

NEGATIVE INNER DIALOGUE

We’ve all got an inner dialogue.  Often that inner dialogue is very critical.  In the Kundalini ten body system it is known that there are three gears of the mind, Negative mind, Positive Mind, and Neutral Mind… in that order.  So as soon as thoughts enter the mind they are filtered through the negative lens to examine the potential danger.  It’s by design and it’s pretty good design.  However, the problem is that one can get stuck inside the negative mind.  The good news is there’s a solution and this meditation is one method of de-magnitizing the self animosity that comes from getting stuck in the negative gear.
