meditation for releasing anger

This is a powerful, active meditation for clearing anger and negativity from the sub-conscious mind. Keep in mind a couple of things before practicing.

  1. Always tune in with the Adi Mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times before beginning any kundalini Yoga meditation.

  2. Practice this meditation every day for 3 minutes. You don’t get results from just one or two times. You need to create a strong pattern to dismantle the subconscious anger patterns.

  3. This meditation has a maximum of three minutes in any one sitting. You can do it multiple times per day, but only 3 minutes per session.
