What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation allow you to access your infinite potential as a human being, or as I like to call it, your superhero powers. Using breath, sound, posture and meditation, Kundalini moves fast to clear the mind and bring about deep relaxation. Practiced regularly you can build a powerful energy field and generate great creative flow in life.
Jai Gopal
Jai Gopal was born and raised in New York City. He went to West Point, The United States Military Academy, then served five years as an army artillery officer during operation desert storm. After leaving the army he moved to Los Angeles to pursue writing and that’s where Kundalini Yoga found him.
He fell in love with Kundalini Yoga after experiencing how quickly the technology works to move one mentally and physically to their optimum state of flow, which comes directly from the soul. Practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2003, he very much enjoys exploring and sharing the pure teachings of the lineage.
