It really is that powerful a science. The Kundalini Yoga Boot Camp gives you compounded energy— like compound interest. Your commitment and consistent practice over the length of the program, plus the energy of the committed group, gives you quantum energy and strength.
Going from Full moon to New Moon, synchronizes you with the surrounding environmental and universal rhythms. It puts you in sync and creates flow instead of obstructions and obstacles. What about after the boot camp?
