Your commitment plus the energy of practicing each day during the program adds strength. Practicing with the group magnifies the energy. Then there’s the synchronization with biorhythms. Your biorhythm synchronizes with the environmental and universal biorhythms. All of this combined is a quantum multiplied effect– like those moving sidewalks at the airport. You walk the same as you always have but you go faster and get places easier because there’s something moving you and multiplying your effort. It’s exactly like that. So, starting at the full moon and continuing that until the new moon magnifies your intent— which is at the level of the soul. It’s a powerful way to move the sub-conscious mind.

The boot camp was created as a way for people to jump into a program of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and create a foundation for practice. With consistency and self-discipline (i.e. showing up,) practitioners begin to experience their own energy and strength and that pushes them past perceived limits and disabilities.
What about after the boot camp?
First of all, a regular practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation will put you in the moment so you won’t ask so many questions about the future!
