Jai Gopal has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes and trainings for over two decades. He founded the Kundalini Yoga Boot Camp because, as a West Point grad and U.S. Army veteran, he realized that people could benefit from an experienced teacher leading the group through a focused and disciplined practice. Despite the name however, the boot camp isn’t a harsh program but rather a guided experience where students are encouraged to reach beyond limits they otherwise couldn’t cross alone. The intent of the boot camp is to give students an experience of energy and momentum so that they develop a solid continued practice for success in all areas of life.

Each class will be streamed live at 8:00 am Eastern Time and then posted shortly after for replay in any time zone.

The bootcamp will be live at 8:00 am Eastern Time ending at 9:15 am. However the replay will be posted shortly after the class and you can do it in any time zone. Simply start the replay at any time you wish to practice. We recommend practicing first thing in the morning, but you can do the class any time within 24 hours and it will be equally as powerful.

Kundalini energy is the light of the soul and the subtle body is captured on the video making the replay as powerful as the original class. The more focused you practice the class, the more energy you will be able to access.

Kundalini Yoga is great for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Simply follow the teacher’s instructions and you will have an experience. Unlike other types of yoga, getting postures perfect in kundalini yoga is the least important aspect. So long as you just do your best you will experience the energy.

Yes. Pregnant women can do the program. You should just be careful and modify any postures you feel might disturb the baby. Particularly, no postures lying or putting pressure on the stomach and no open mouth breaths like a birthing breath. Always use discretion and go slow.

Yes. However you should modify any postures or breaths as necessary and as you feel comfortable. And it is recommended to NOT do Breath Of Fire on the first three days of the cycle
